If you’re a Blackberry fan you might be delighted to know that the Blackberry Z10 is expected to be available in India beginning February 25. The news was first broken by tech2.

If true, India would be among the first countries to receive the phone, ahead of USA (ahem Nokia, we’re still waiting for that 620). India is an important market for Blackberry since the brand still holds grip over youth and business users alike. The Blackberry Z10 is a full touchscreen phone with RIM Blackberry’s latest OS, the Blackberry 10. The phone, unlike some recent offerings from the Canadian maker comes equipped with more advanced hardware including a 4.2 inch 720p display, a dual core processor from Qualcomm, 2GB RAM, 16GB storage and an 8 megapixel camera.

The phone is expected to be priced at around Rs 39,000. At this price the phone would find it hard to compete with the likes of Galaxy S III and Nokia Lumia 920 since they are cheaper and offer better/more features. But still die hard fans wouldn’t mind the price as long as it is Blackberry.
